As a Global Public Safety & Physical Security Manager, Diali is responsible for ADP’s Global Public Safety and Facilities Protection Programs in the southeast, Puerto Rico, Indiana, Ohio and Michigan. She advises and assists senior GSO Leadership with the development of policies, implementing and subsequently manages the security provisioning that will prevent the loss of intellectual, financial, and company assets as well as provide a safe and secure environment for ADP personnel within her portfolio. Additionally, she oversees security prevention programs which include, but are not limited to Video Surveillance Controls, Facility Access Controls, Electronic Security Systems Design, Workplace Violence Prevention programs, Workforce Protection, Event Security, Crisis Management, and Disaster Response. She also played a big part in the Facility Access Requests and Approval and continued monitoring of statuses for associates and vendors during the COVID19 pandemic.

Diali was a previous freelance writer (WriteHER) for Freedom Sisters Magazine. The main focus of her articles was on women veteran mentorship, remembrance, and motherhood. Diali served over 18 years in the Army, retiring early, in 2019, from an injury incurred during her 2012-2013 Joint Air Defense Artillery presidential assignment/tour of duty throughout the nation and still served another Joint Air Defense Artillery mission in 2016-2017 at the National Capital Region in charge of the Operations Center for her battalion. During her time over the JADOC, she was the editor of the battalion newsletter, where she also wrote many articles regarding the deployment for families back home. Diali was also a previous ghostwriter for Military.com.
